Urological Surgery
Residency Overview Effective in 2009, Garden City Hospital has partnered with POH Regional Medical Center in Pontiac, Michigan and the Detroit Medical Center to offer residency training in Urological Surgery. This is a five year program which includes the OGME1R preliminary surgery year based at GCH followed by four years of urology training at GCH, POH and DMC. Site Director: William Davidson, DO
Dr. Davidson graduated from the College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery at Des Moines. He completed internship here at Garden City Hospital, and residency training in OBGYN and Surgery at Riverside Osteopathic Hospital in Trenton, Michigan. Dr. Davidson is board certified in Urological and General Surgery by the AOBS. He serves as the Garden City Hospital Site Director for the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine Urological Surgery Residency.
